She answered questions and knew a lot about it. She even sent out a mailing to owners to find out if any were interested in selling. Once I found a unit, Valerie continued to answer my questions promptly. She worked with me through negotiations, accepting the final offer, and attending the inspection since I couldn't be present. She checked with me frequently to find out how the sale of my condo was going and arranged for a closing extension when I had two contracts fall through. Valerie is an outstanding agent to work with. “Valerie Edwards-Perry is my idea of perfection in a realtor. She is very polite, professional, timely, communicates extremely well and takes extra steps to get your home sold. One brilliant idea she uses is tent card information all through your home to relate important facts to prospective buyers. I had a new water heater, furnace and heat pump in my utility room and she displayed that information plus the purchase date on the tent cards. I asked her what was one thing that I really needed to do to sell my home and she said, "Install lighting in the basement as it is too dark." She was on point. She is honest with you, so you know right away what action to take. My home could have been sitting on the market for weeks, but she told me to fix the lighting before the listing went live. My home sold to the first person who looked at it. She is trustworthy, reliable and tells you the truth. I have already shared her name with anyone who tells me they are planning on moving.”
